Kehlani Celebrates Sex Workers On ‘Can I’ Video
Although Tory Lanez is still on the track, Kehlani announced earlier today, that he wouldn’ t be on the deluxe coming up soon. This is not unconnected to the shooting that occurred a few weeks ago, where it was alleged that Tory Lanez shot Megan Thee Stallion twice in the foot.
This led to everyone turning against him and the other day, fans signed a petition to get him deported on his birthday.
When Kehlani announced that she would be dropping the ‘Can I’ video, it got fans to ask if the Canadian singer would be on it. She cleared the air, that while his verse was still on the track, she would appear solo on the video. However, he would be removed from the deluxe version of her album.
The video has now dropped and we have a clear idea of what she meant.

“Our video is a ode to sex work,” The singer wrote on Twitter. “Honoring sex workers. Uplifting their movement. That’s it.”
Furthermore, she shared the social media information of each woman appearing in the video, giving them some promo and supporting them.
“i stand with women, believe women, & i love my friends. if that’s something that turns you off from me or makes you no longer support, bless you forreal you have no reason to have ever supported me in the first place.. i’m not your cup of tea.”
