Spotify Publishes List of Most Streamed Songs of The Summer 2023: Yesterday, Spotify announced their list of the top songs streamed over the summer.

‘Ella Baila Sola‘ by Eslabon Armado, Peso Pluma, topped the list globally, while Morgan Wallen‘s ‘Last Night‘ grabbed the top spot in the US this summer for most streams, becoming the first country song to ever do so. The Songs of Summer playlist on Spotify is based on the Spotify Charts from May 29 to August 14, 2023.

‘Fast Car‘ by Luke Combs, ‘You Proof‘ by Morgan Wallen, ‘Something in the Orange‘ by Zach Bryan, and ‘Wasted On You‘ by Morgan Wallen are just a few of the country songs that made it onto the U.S. top 20 Summer list this year. This represents a significant comeback for country music in the mainstream.
