Lil Uzi Vert Announces New ‘Barter 16’ Project: Since releasing Pink Tape in June, Lil Uzi Vert has been dropping hints about the arrival of his Barter 16 project.
Looks like it will actually arrive soon. A video featuring Young Thug‘s sister Dolly White and Uzi bumping album songs earlier this week gave fans hope that the release date was getting close.
The name is a reference to Thug’s 2015 mixtape Barter 6.
Young Thug is “always happy and in good spirits with me because he’s my OG,” according to Uzi. “The unreleased material I’m currently working on is f*cking fire.”
On the occasion of Thug’s birthday today, Uzi unveiled the album’s cover art and informed fans via the description that it would be released soon. Could it be this Friday?
