Lady Gaga Ariana Grande Rain On Me: A collaboration between Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande has been rumored for months now. Originally, fans speculated that a song titled ‘Rain On Me‘ would be featured on Gaga’s upcoming ‘Chromatica’ album.
We have it on good authority now, that the rumors are confirmed and indeed, we are to expect the collaboration next month.
The Pop Hub @ThePopHub took to twitter to make the reveal.
“Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande will release their anticipated collaboration “Rain On Me” next month alongside the track’s music video, according to a reliable insider who has leaked previous Gaga release dates.”
Ariana Grande joined to spark speculations when she shared a photo of her and Lady Gaga. It was the weekend of the latter’s birthday and she captioned it,
“Happy birthday to a literal angel that has changed my life in many ways!
“I’ll tell u more about it later but… you make my heart feel so full and happy and understood @ladygaga.
About ‘Rain On Me’
Lady Gaga, on the other hand, made it known to Paper Magazine that there was a collaboration with a female artist on her album. In describing the person, she stated that she has had “similarly experienced immense trauma while in the public eye”.
She did not identify who the artist is, but fans have decided it’s Ariana Grande and are running with it. It isn’t like the ‘Sweetener’ star is denying it.
In further discussions with Paper Magazine, Lady Gaga described the song as a celebration of all the tears.
“I sat with her and we talked about our lives. It’s two women having a conversation about how to keep going and how to be grateful for what you do.” She said.
