Dave East Teases Karma 3 Deluxe On Twitter
Dave East Karma 3 Deluxe: New York lyricist Dave East has taken to Twitter to test the waters and gauge enthusiasm for the unavoidable “Karma 3” Deluxe Edition.
Nowadays, nothing is sure aside from one generally accepted fact: when an album drops, a Deluxe Edition isn’t far away. Indeed, innumerable rappers have all but acknowledged that the double-down is an important part of the marketing rollout, intended to keep the force moving once the energy of the initial release starts to wane. It’s a complicated cycle and one that has ostensibly accomplished more mischief than anything to the rap industry.
That is not to criticize the individuals who drop them, notwithstanding. The bag must be secured. However, it does make us wonder how the song selection goes down.
Shouldn’t highlights be saved for the original album? Regardless, it’s improbable that the Deluxe Edition is going anywhere for the foreseeable future. Presently, the singer is the latest to join the ranks, taking to Twitter to tease the release of his own deluxe album.
Not that he has a lot to say on the issue, just testing the waters and measuring enthusiasm for another go-around.
“Deluxe?” he wrote, inciting fans to chip in potential unreleased cuts they’d love to see.
Are you excited about it?
