Kenny Beats & Trash Talk Deliver Magic On ‘Something Wicked’
Kenny Beats Trash Talk Something Different: Kenny Beats has teamed up with the LA band, ‘Trash Talk’ for a new single, titled ‘Something Wicked’. This comes ahead of his upcoming album titled ‘Squalor’. It is set to drop soon, but he has given us this to tide over.
The punk outfit’s first EP since 2016’s Tangle, Trash Talk — fronted by Lee Spielman and Garrett Stevenson — and Kenny Beats’ inevitable Squalor EP is the principal new music the band has recorded in four years. Nearby the declaration, they’ve shared a sample of the up and coming discharge with another single titled “Something Wicked.”
“Working with Kenny was the first time we’ve had real input in the studio,” Stevenson shared with us. “We stepped outside our typical routine.” He continued: “[Kenny] is a real musician. Linking with him was about respecting his ear for music.” Kenny equally chimed in, sharing that “[Trash Talk] laugh me more than almost any other project I’ve worked on.”
Squalor, which drops on June 5, shows up nearby unique collection craftsmanship made by Verdy, who the band turned out to be close with during their Japanese visit. Up to that point, tune in to “Something Wicked” beneath.
