Batman Director Unveils New Batman’s Batmobile Look
Batman Batmobile Robert Pattinson: Matt Reeves, The Batman director has unveiled the first look at the new Batman’s Batmobile look. He posted some images of the signature vehicle for the masked crusader, on twitter. Robert Pattinson is also captured, suited up as the Gotham City’s Dark Knight in shining armour.
It is worthy of note, that this is the Director’s current franchise reboot. This version has Robert Pattinson replacing Ben Affleck who is now a departing DC Extended Universe crimefighter.
The newly unveiled Bat-armour is a more streamlined version of the type we have seen on pat crusaders, like Michael Keaton and Christian Bale.
While speaking to the press last year about his costume, Pattinson let it escape, his excitement.
“It’s going to be very, very cool.”
WHAT THE BATMOBILE LOOKS LIKE
This Batmobile is a stripped-down version of the others. It is apt, given that the owner is yet to acquire all his wonderful toys. In released film shoots from Glasgow, we have seen the Dark Knight riding a stripped Batcycle.
The Reeves and Mattson Tomlin script is set in the time during Batman’s second year of crime-fighting. Also, the young hero is matched against an all-star rogue collective, including the Penguin (Colin Farrell), the Riddler (Paul Dano) and Catwoman (Zoë Kravitz).
It is expected that he would pursue these crooks and their cronies from the wheels of his Batmobile. The vehicle is featuring a Bat-mask at the rear. It is right above a circular exhaust which is similar to the vintage 1989 version from the original Tim Burton hit. Even the 1966 version looked just like that.
Generally, the silhouette of the vehicle is less gothic and not very military looking, unlike the tank-like tumbler that was common in Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight trilogy. It has been described as a normal American muscle car with a Bat-face bumper.
