J Balvin Releases ‘Colores’ Album With Assists From Mr. Eazi & Others
J Balvin Colores Mr. Eazi: J Balvin just put out a new album this morning, titled ‘Colores‘. It is also his sixth studio album and marks his first release since ‘Oasis’ with Bad Bunny in 2019. His last solo effort was recorded in 2018, titled ‘Vibras’.
On ‘Colores’, Balvin enlisted guest features from artists like Mr. Eazi and Sky Rompiendo, the Colombian artist. Production was handled by DJ Snake, Afro Bros, Justin Quiles, and Diplo.
“The idea of making Colores came to me in a moment of leisure.” “I was calm and I got the idea of naming the album Colores. And I thought… ‘Why not name each song after a color?’ Each person will have their own perception of each color [in] the album. Maybe they can close their eyes and [‘Rojo‘] isn’t red to them, but blue.”
Yellow represents happiness and pink, sensuality. The Caribbean sea, of green and prosperity. The Mr. Eazi assisted track, “Arcoiris” translating to the rainbow, basically symbolizes “union, inclusion, love, happiness, good vibes, tolerance, and life.”
